Types of Training

At TStudio 73 we design our sessions so that you get the most out of every workout. Whether you’re looking to improve your strength, gain flexibility, work as a team or receive individual attention, you’ll find the ideal option for you here.

Functional Training

Session to develop muscle strength, improve coordination, performance and neuromuscular control.

Pilates

Sessions focused on healthy back as a postural-hygiene objective, strengthening the core, improving our control, our flexibility, all through our breathing.

YOGA

Find the balance between body and mind with each session.

Flow Balance

A workout that combines mobility, stability and strength.

Funcional Mobility

Gain agility and prevent injuries with specific exercises.

Suspension & Body Weight

Use your own weight to develop strength and endurance. Strength sessions based on body weight and as a main element we use suspension straps.

OUR FACILITIES

Training in the Son Castelló Industrial Estate

At TStudio 73, we have a fully equipped space for you to train in comfort and safety.

Equipment available: kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, discs, TRX, Pilates balls, elastic bands, mats and everything you need for a complete workout.

Changing rooms with showers – Train without worries and enjoy our comfortable and functional facilities.

ALL THROUGH THE APP

Flexible schedules from Monday to Friday – From 7:00 to 20:00, with classes adapted to different levels and needs.

Book your class easily – We manage all our sessions through an app, so you can book, cancel and manage your workouts quickly and easily.
